There are two things you need in order to have a full back up of your WordPress site.

First, you need the WordPress site database. Contact our support department and they’ll send it to you.

Second, you’ll need a copy of the WordPress site files. You can download these via FTP.

1. Contact our support department and ask them for your FTP login.
2. Once you have your FTP login, connect to your server via FTP and then download the entire blog folder to your computer.
